ROMANO

The history of the Gypsy people, the town Rom has several annoyances, so, in this show he wanted to clarify each one of them. With the collaboration of the Union Romaní, it was possible to study the culture, language and the whole history of the town that is the centre of the Jesus Cortes' show. With this show, he wanted to show with the maximum respect and taking care of the most minimum details, and not like a protest but like a representation of this history in scene, the emigration, the genocide and the Jesus Cortes and his family arrived to Spain.

The title of this work is originated of the language of the Rom then (Gypsies) their language is the Romano. So, they found the language interesting and worthy of admiring because few people know it.
